CUSTOMER PRIVACY

PRIVACY POLICY

LSG Gaming Forge receives the information you choose to provide when you create an account, save a creation draft, submit a custom request, upload reference photos, or contact the Forge. This can include your name, email address, account details, creation and pet details, uploaded photos, and request or order information.

Account features support saved drafts, My Creations, request details, order details, and related customer workflows. Uploaded reference photos may be used to review your request, create the requested work, and communicate with you about it. They are not published by default.

We use customer information to provide requested services, manage customer accounts and requests, communicate and provide support, maintain website functionality, and help prevent misuse or security issues. We do not describe advertising, data-broker, or unrelated marketing uses in this policy.

The site uses Supabase for account, database, and private photo-storage functionality, and Netlify for website hosting. If you choose to continue to Etsy, Etsy is a separate service. No payment is collected through the current Pet Creation request workflow. If online checkout becomes available later, its payment provider will handle payment information under its own policies. LSG Gaming Forge does not state that Etsy receives your website account or request information simply because you follow an Etsy link.

We use reasonable technical measures intended to protect customer information, including account-based access and private photo-access mechanisms. No online system can promise absolute security.

Information may be retained as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Available account workflows let customers manage account information and delete or replace certain uploaded photos. Contact the Forge for help with your information or a customer request.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TERMS

Customer accounts are provided for applicable features such as saved creation drafts, My Creations, request and order details, and related customer workflows. Please provide accurate information and keep your account access private. Do not use another customer's account or attempt to access another customer's information.

Saved drafts are not completed orders. Submitting a custom request does not automatically mean that LSG Gaming Forge has accepted the request, approved a final price, started production, or collected payment. We may need to contact you for clarification before moving forward.

Only upload photos and other content that you have the right or permission to provide for the requested custom creation. Do not use the account or website for abusive, unlawful, disruptive, or unauthorized activity.

LSG Gaming Forge may restrict account access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or the website from misuse or security concerns. Website and account features may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

CUSTOM CREATION REQUESTS

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Custom creations are based on submitted photos and details and may not be an exact photographic replica. For a custom-estimate request, the questionnaire, reference photos, and special appearance instructions are sent to the Forge for review. No payment is collected at that stage.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, final pricing, or production. The Forge may need to ask questions or confirm details before a request can move forward. Printing will not begin until the final 3D model is approved.

Minor adjustments may be included, while major redesigns may require an additional fee and a revised timeline. Cancellation and refund options may be limited once design work begins.

OPTIONAL PERMISSION

CUSTOMER PHOTO AND LIKENESS PERMISSION

Customers may choose whether to give LSG Gaming Forge permission to photograph and share a completed creation for portfolio and promotional use. This optional permission does not grant ownership of your original submitted photos.

Customer names, contact information, original submitted photos, and other personal details will not be shared without separate permission. Declining promotional use will not affect an order, pricing, production, or customer service.

MODERATED SUBMISSIONS

REVIEWS, USER SUBMISSIONS & PORTFOLIO USE

Reviews, photographs, and portfolio materials are moderated and never publish automatically. Submission or optional permission makes material eligible for review but does not guarantee publication. Promotional permissions are optional and declining them does not affect project eligibility.

By submitting material, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it for the stated purpose and grant LSG Gaming Forge a non-exclusive permission to store, review, reproduce, crop, resize, format, and display only material approved for that purpose. LSG may decline, withhold, crop, or remove material, including after publication.

Review text may be withheld when it contains private information, spam, unrelated links, unlawful material, or content the customer was not authorized to submit. LSG will not materially change a customer's opinion merely to make it more favorable; substantial changes require customer approval or the review will not be published.

Third-party intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners. LSG does not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it appears in a customer submission or creative reference.

COPYRIGHT CONCERNS

COPYRIGHT AND REMOVAL REQUESTS

If you believe material displayed by LSG Gaming Forge infringes rights you own or should be removed, email info@lsggamingforge.studio with your contact information, identification of the work, the exact website location, the basis for your request, and supporting documentation. LSG will review the request and may remove or restrict material while it is evaluated.

This contact pathway is not a claim that LSG Gaming Forge has registered a Copyright Office designated agent, adopted a verified repeat-infringer program, or qualifies for any particular legal safe harbor.
